Please bear with me as i don t know a whole lot about furnaces.
Your system might be turned off or your unit might be unplugged.
I have cleaned the coupler off 3 in metal rod but it appears the ignitor next to the coupler does not engage light i have turned the gas control value to off waited 5 minutes and turned back to on.
